My mom recently retired from a Virginia school system after 4 decades of teaching elementary school. Yes, that’s 40 years of 6 and 7 year-olds! Caribbean disturbance won’t affect Pitt County
Forecasters do not expect a weather disturbance in the Caribbean that has tropical storm potential to have much affect on Pitt Countys weather. A low pressure system has formed in the Caribbean Sea that is accompanied by an area of disturbed weather, according to the National Weather Service.
