T.J. Abbott wheeled a blue bicycle away from a beach rental shop last week, heading toward the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills. Hope Abbott, his wife of 44 years, trailed close behind with her own rented blue bike.

Beach Road Grill Nags Head
We accidentally stopped by the Beach Road Grill in Nags Head at Mile Post 10.5 on the Virginia Dare Trail. We were glad the other place we intended to visit was closed. The food was great. Fresh cut french fries and great sandwiches were on tap. Friendly service and great local atmosphere. We recommend the Beach Road Grill. Meet Jan and Jane, twin sisters and owners!
